Hey 8th Graders!
I was overwhelmed by the variety of ideas described in the comments on the post from August 20th. While there was a great diversity of projects mentioned, most students commented that they want to investigate 3D printing.
As luck would have it, we just received a brand new MOD-T 3D printer at the end of the day yesterday. I set it up after school and we can give it a trial run during class tomorrow so you can see a printer in action!
Because of the overwhelming interest in 3D printing we might also take a look at the Tinkercad website for designing projects to print.
Please share your ideas in the comments section when we are done with STEM enrichment today.
A space where students can read and respond to ideas and information Mr. Delemeester shares for and about our classroom. The four rules for all posts and comments on this site are that they must be Responsible, Respectful, Honest and Caring.
